It is appalling to think that the child support office is able to take your children from you, lock a father/mother up, or even try and drag your family through hardship, but can’t seem to find the ability to answer the phone. It’s sad that taxpayers money is keeping the staff employed here. I was served papers over the weekend and trying to get a head start to clear things up on my own defense. The child support would t answer phone calls, I tried calling multiple times since 9am-3pm. I finally achieved an answer close to 3 o’clock and told the woman that I need to provide my information to them for the summons I was issued. I was told ok let me get to my desk and was put on hold for one hour and fifty mins not a single word was said since. I see why it’s hard for anyone to make things happen in the legal system.
