Avoid this firm if you value what’s important to you! David Martin, principal, made a very forceful attempt to steal my disability back pay (almost $54k). When I refused to simply “turn it over” to him, he generated a grossly inflated bill ($7k for 2 weeks) threatening to withdraw if I didn’t pay. He pushed my divorce case off to an associate who was out-gunned, out-classed and out-played.
Very weak. Not recommended
Good experience, but haven’t heard back yet about checking over changes discussed in our visit.
