I have waited two years to make sure that I still felt the same way about my attorney. Look elsewhere for an attorney. My attorney was a lazy and uncaring person. I did all the work putting documents together for him and then when he came into mediation all those documents were so disorganized. During the mediation, the mediator looked to me for documents because they were in order and easy to find. I have emails asking him if certain debts need to be brought up. He agreed that they should then blame me for not telling the mediator about these debts. He also dared to say that my physician has no experience. When I know she has had to go to court multiple times. He then bullied me to settle or I would lose his service. After the high retainer fee and fees for him to just answer my email. I had no choice but to settle. In the end, he even charged me for a service that I did not request. He even asked me who I wanted to do the Quit Claim Deed. I informed him that I would like the other attorney to complete it. Then he went ahead and completed it. I would give negative stars if I could. I am not sure what the other attorneys are like but I don’t understand why they are letting a partner act like this.
