I spoke extensively with Mr L. Buddenbohm on the phone. He seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. His rates were reasonable and I thought I had made a good choice in selecting a lawyer. As I am new to this process, I didn’t know exactly what I needed to do. Another attorney I spoke with had asked me a question I hadn’t considered or even know was an option. When I spoke with Leonard a 2nd time, I brought up the question I was asked. He explained my options. It wasn’t something I was looking to pursue. The next morning, Leonard called me and said he wasn’t going to take me Case due to the question I asked him. I told him I wasn’t going in that direction. He simply wouldn’t listen. Leonard doesn’t want to do anything hard. He wants to file papers but won’t do any foot work. He told me it was my responsibility to do things that HE needed to do. He is lazy and unreasonable. I would NOT recommend hiring Foley & Buddenbohm.
