I had reached out to this firm via email a few times to see if a specific attorney could give me a consultation. I was very attracted to his resume because it involved fire arms law and would have been a great fit I thought for my business in the future. Two days had passed and I thought maybe my email didn’t go through, so I reached out to them and asked for that attorneys assistant. The secretary got back on the line and said they wouldn’t be able to help with that matter. I don’t have a matter that needs addressed, I was simply looking for a good attorney to help with IP law and copyright law and was interested in his experience with firm arms law. I am pretty upset to learn they got my emails and then just decided to not respond. Then to add insult to injury when I called that attorneys secretary couldn’t even take my call and tell me her self that they couldn’t help me or why. So apparently no one there in the firm can help? If your covered up your covered up just tell people that. Not getting back to people is not good business and simply rude. I landed on this firm because of the great reviews they had. However this is my experience with them.
