This attorney has done absolutely nothing for my case in 2 years. Joseph poell has refused to perform his fiduciary duties. I have evidence for anyone interested. Joseph poell will waste court time in order to line his pockets. IF THE COURT APOINTS HIM AS A GUARDIAN AD LITEM AND YOU CANNOT AFFORD JOSEPH POELLS GROSSLY OVER CHARGED FEES, ASK FOR THEM TO BE WAVED . Please READ18 U.S. Code § 3006 which is the law on how much guardian ad litems can charge. If denied do not give up and file an appeal because this guy will rob you blind. He charges $400 hr and makes sure to prolong the case in order to rack up huge invoices. Joseph poell will make sure to send you a monthly bill but will not reply to communicate!!! He has the judges in his pocket so file complaints against him and any judge refusing to perform their duty.
