HIGHLY impressed at Hannah excellent and wonderful communication and professional skills. They succeeded for me!!!! I own a residential and commercial parcels in chicago and the last 4 years with new cook county assessor, was IMPOSSIBLE to do appeals even with simple vacancies. I used a previous appeal firm for 15 YEARS and was told by them in 2022 that they have NEVER seen so many simple common sense appeals rejected by cook county….. Was told in confidence (by previous firm) that the new assessor does not help small business commercial building owners. I verified this many times with friends that own a 1 small commercial building, cook county for anyone that doesnt know, would increase the small commercial building taxes by 100 to 500 percent, thats insane! Mine went from 11K to 62K in one year and i had to appeal to 24K, thats still MORE than double that i paid in taxes. MANY of my friends sold their small commercial building the last 3 years and went to Indiana. Finally, I am SUPER glad i found Robert H. Rosenfield & Assoc LLC to fight for me. This new firm was successful 3 times!!! I am also glad the Cook County Assessor Mr Kaegi is aware of the small business owner issue and he is now helping small business owners again. I HIGHLY recommend Robert H. Rosenfield & Assoc to appeal for you as they successfully appealed 3 of my properties for vacancies or lost of income during these hard years of slow moving economy. I feel 2025 will be incredible and economy will improve again.
This is nothing but a scam. They’ve been trying to contact my mother, who is dead, to get “tax payer” “ triennial assessment documents”
Appealed my residential taxes myself, got nowhere. The team at Robert Rosenfeld & Assoc lowered my residential taxes the following year over 30%, can’t ask for more than that. Should have reached out to them first.
