Just pick up the phone and dial… in my opinion they set the bar so high
If I could give less than zero stars I would. Not recommendable. Case went on for almost 2 years they never followed up. Sent emails and left phone messages for weeks leading to months for anyone to respond back. Kept getting the round around when I called to get updates. Case had been approved for over 6 months and it just sat there with them not informing me or doing anything until I took action myself. They really did not do anything had me call SSA, do all the leg work and paper work myself for updates and answers. Only thing this law firm did was collect over $7K for stamping their name on my claim. I only wish someone had warned me about this firm before going with them and hope this avoids anyone else from having to go through the same thing.
