Mr. Raminiak provided a consultation for my family regarding the possibility of guardianship for a family member. We let Mr. Raminiak know we were pleased with the consultation throughout. However, in the last moments of our meeting, he strangely chose to insult a member of the family at the meeting, stating that this member sounded angry and vengeful. He was completely insensitive and out of line commenting on the family member’s emotional state of being. He further stated that the only person he needed to speak with was the person who would be his client, the trustee, and the other two family members at the meeting were not his concern. His unprofessionalism came as a shock as all members of the family in attendance, up to this point, were somewhat pleased with the consultation. Our entire family left upset and insulted by Mr. Raminiak. We do not recommend his services.
