After finding myself in legal trouble I reached out to Mr. Graham to inquire about legal services and representing me. He was direct, and helped me more for free within the first 5 minutes than talking to about a dozen other lawyers. While others were taking about what they charged, he came straight to the point and helped gave me clarity on my situation.
I would highly recommend Mottola Graham, he was super informative and made my DUI as painless as a DUI can be! Most reasonably priced lawyers who promised the same results as others. 2 years later any time I have a question he responds quickly! Highly recommend him!
Graham mottola is a slimey attorney. Would give zero stars if I could. Graham was quick to take my ‘flat rate’ for the entirety of my case (over $1000 dollars without mentioning he would be retiring and wouldn’t be taking my case on further after the initial hearings. I lost everything in the lahaina fire and ended up having to hire another attorney (another $1000). Would also like to add, during my initial hearing with Graham as my representative, he was not up to date with current laws and my punishment was longer than expected. Graham should learn the definition of Aloha if he’s going to be in hawaii. The jerk said he’s retired so don’t give him your money
