I’ve been living in these apartments for almost a year at first it was great air conditioning went out 4 months after moving in they offered me a window unit I declined and asked them was they clearly going to pay my light bill very disappointed and there always a way liras in the parking lot as we speak it’s a hole directly beside my building not if the owner lives near but he definitely should know about these things the building and stairs need to be pressure washed mildew on them,just recently put in a maintenance request because my front door needs the seal replaced because bugs are coming in my apartment I’m so tired of this definitely not signing another lease they will be quick to add a late fee but don’t want to fix anything

This is our 3rd year and we continue to love it here. The management team led by Tamara are the reason why Lenox pointe is more than an apartment but a real home, they keep it so peaceful and clean. Maintenance issues are very very rare and if ever there is any, the response time is fast. The apartments are spacious and amenities work.
