Less than 24 hrs took my $60 cash only application fee for one person and denied me for no reason and have proof. If you are trying to rent from them don’t run. They want the deposit cash only say the company only takes that this way for tax purposes only. Doesn’t go with renters rent separately account but rent can be paid money order and card.
