The worst mistake I ever made in my life was to hire this man for my divorce. I lost everything because he was so incompetent. Was told by Fayetteville County Courthouse in 2018 that he was being investigated for possible drug usage. He will not take responsibility for his mistakes, yet continues to practice. How is this even possible? I beg you, find someone else, don’t let him destroy your life too.
Not a great experience working with Tom on my divorce. The divorce agreement was worded extremely poorly and he missed key pieces that allowed my ex to exploit loopholes to keep property that should have been split. Without going into greater detail, at the end of the process he acknowledged that he did not give my case enough attention and refunded half of what I had paid him. Nice enough guy but unorganized and did not due a diligent job in protecting me and my assets. Would not recommend.
Tom helped my husband and I protect guardianships that we have over two minors who for very valid reasons needed to remain in our care. Tom is an honest man. If he doesn’t have knowledge on a certain aspect of your case he will tell you and he will take the time to ensure he becomes educated on it. Tom is blunt and doesn’t sugarcoat things which is very much needed when dealing with delicate legal matters. Tom won’t make fake promises as some attorneys do. Tom is realistic, smart, cunning, and compassionate. Though Tom has many clients he does his absolute best to ensure that your questions are answered as quickly as possible and your needs are met. Even after our case is closed Tom is still available to us and willing to help guide us through. Tom was originally just our attorney, now I’d say that we consider him a friend. Thank you Tom.
