BEWARE!! IN MY OPINION I WOULD BE CAREFUL NOT SIGN ANY LEGAL CONTRACT and allow this man Mr. Abbott to represent you. I paid him $5k.. Half in cash as he requested and the other half via Zelle to his personal checking account which IN MY OPINION seemed like he wanted to he gets paid off the books to avoid paying taxes on it.
