I also added you on the EEOC case I had already placed and did all the leg work on in Cobb County Superior Court Against Wellstar Health Systems and Georgia Dept. Of Labor. I still have not received a letter since your Call to my cellphone back in Late August 2018. That was our last Dealings. It is now 12.20.2023 still no letter from your office nor notification on any of my cases. I have not moved and I still have the Same Cellphone #.
There is no other attorney l know that is very honest about what he does for you. He tells the truth maybe not what you want to hear but it is the truth. I want him no surprises.
Unethical. Mr Danley lied in court to prevent me from becoming the administrator of my mother’s estate- didn’t work. One you don’t divulge in family issues and use your status to assist someone in winning, while lying. Leonard told the judge he’d never seen me before but I possess text messages from my deceased mother stating how he’d asked about me at church. Be weary of dealing with people like this. He also MISSED the entire hearing I waited over 30 minutes then he called and tried to use his familiarity with the judge to undue my status as administrator that had already been signed by the judge. Also my mother’s house was sold for little to a leasing company because he suggested my sibling squat in the family home, and not pay the mortgage. But if all you’re concerned with is winning or no one winning at all, this is the guy for you.
