I had a very disappointing experience with this attorney. Communication was nearly nonexistent — my messages went unanswered for extended periods, and I was left completely in the dark about the status of my case. It wasn’t until I expressed my intent to cancel her services that she responded, only to say she would be withdrawing from the case and would not be issuing a refund.
My experience with this lawyer was great. I felt that she communicate well and informed me of any changes made to my case. I didn’t even have to go to court. My ticket was reduced to not being on my record and no points on top of not notifying my insurance. I’m am very thankful to her. I would recommend her to my family.
Bridgett was an absolute waste of my time and money. I hired her through Off the Record to help with my speeding ticket in a state I don’t live in. She was hired to help me not pay the citation and keep it off my record and she FAILED to do so. When I reached out to her regarding my court summons, her reasoning was garbage. I’m not sure how South Carolina, my home state, “finding out” about my citation had anything to do with me needing to appear in JACKSON county GEORGIA for court. Make it make sense. Attached are screenshots of how terrible her response was and what a waste of time she was. Go find a better lawyer.
