Because he handled my father’s estate after he died, I trusted his competency to handle my mother’s after her passing. Apparently, I misjudged him. Her will was conveniently lost somehow and I suppose 9 months was not long enough to put in for admin of the estate. Instead, I got charged for every phone call I made to attempt this process and nothing was done. I’m not exaggerating, I cannot stress this enough, absolutely nothing was done except me being told on the phone that he was going to do it, nothing happened, but I got billed anytime I communicated. So naturally, I found another law office and it was done in less than a month. And I didn’t get charged until it was done. I encourage you to use Tracy if you enjoy getting billed for nothing or go to Kinnamon law firm like I did. I’m still confused why he was so resistant to do his job but don’t wait around like I did. Find someone mentally competent and not geriatric who probably knows how to use an excel sheet, Microsoft word, and google suite. And hopefully not lose track of important documents like your mother’s will.
