I first encountered Ms. Lavigno when I saw her performing an incredible cross examination in court. She is tenacious and an excellent advocate. If you are facing charges in or around Rockdale, you should contact Ms. Lavigno.
To my surprise, I received a subpoena in my PO box to produce records from this law group. I called to inquire and was met with a rude secretary and an even ruder attorney. Bethany Lavigno was extremely condescending when I asked for instructions and clarity on the information she needed. She even threatened me with jail time if I failed to comply. I’m no criminal and her attitude was horrible. I would never recommend her law firm based on the interaction I had with them.
