If you want good service DO NOT use Michael. This firm is unprofessional and doesn’t have decent respect to help you with your needs. I was referred by a family member which makes it even more disappointing. They disrespected my time. The office spoke to Michael and said he could help then then just cancelled without any reasoning. It’s unfortunate that I am left feeling this way after being told by Michael he was able to help me and then all of a sudden he couldn’t not. I understand if you cannot do something, that is fine, explain why and move on, but the way this team communicated with me was unprofessional.
Mr. Porter is a level- headed expert who will provide excellent guidance to you and your family. His practice is efficient and professional.
