My closing was just finalized and Marcia Vega helped me. She was amazing. There was an unusual situation with my closing and I was so thankful they were able to detect and trace back to the root of the issue, fix it and not let it cause any delay. She was so transparent, kind and communicative through the entire closing. I would use them again in no time!
I’m giving them two stars because they did get the transaction closed. I had to contact them the last day escrow was due because they never gave my buyers wiring instructions. Per the contract they had 15 days to produce a title commitment, at Day 16 I reached out to them because they failed to do so. If you do need to send them an email with more than one question be sure only ask one question because Tammy will only respond to one question per email. I was told my check would be mailed to my home, still haven’t received it so that means one of two things they either disregarded emails from both myself and the brokerage or they are the only title company that uses snail mail (I’m sure I’ll figure this out on my own before I get a response from them). In 8 years of business I have never left a bad review for a title company but this is just unacceptable.
