Someone is attempting to evict me when I have a purchase contract. Mr Guttman was a little rugged in the since that he is brutally honest. He is straight to the point! He is very resourceful. He has reviewed my case and told me the eviction is a 99% improbability. Will update after court hearing. Will change to 5 Stars if I Win.

If you want one the dustiest room to sit in while someone talks down to you. Instead of actually helping you this your place waisted 250 on the laziest lawyer i have ever met. Mr guttmann didnt even know the current process of courts because of covid. Didnt give the letter to my landlord court didnt even google the current process. Just scared me in saying to get out as fast as you can before they evict you. when they cant even legally do so again didnt even relay that info. When you work across the street from a court house youd think maybe walk over and see whats going on. Save your money and pay more for a better lawyer
