If I could give them zero stars, I most definitely would! This can not be a real person or company. They offer an online scheduling tool for a consultation, which is one of the reasons why I decided to reach out to them. I’m always on the go so convenience is always a selling point for me. I originally scheduled a meeting for Monday, which it was a holiday, but I’m like maybe they’re open since their schedule seemed open via their website. I got tied up in another meeting so I forwarded the invite to my partner so that he could take the consultation meeting in my place. He joined the meeting without a problem, but Mr. Bob Arnold never did. I sent him an email asking if he would join, but he responded and said that his offices were closed. He didn’t offer to reschedule or to discuss my case. I didn’t think anything of it, because I figured he was just as busy as I was so I passed this message to my partner, and he scheduled a meeting for the next business day. However, Bob was no longer available on the scheduling app. It was almost as if he removed himself. There was only an option for a guy by the name of Martin Hoffman. This wasn’t an issue, we were just looking for someone to discuss our case with. My colleague scheduled the meeting, and of course he didn’t show up either. We tried calling their office several times but to no avail. I emailed Bob, and asked him if I could reschedule. This was at 12PM. At literally midnight, I received a very nasty email saying that he would much rather me send him an email instead of receiving a calendar invite from a stranger. Goes on to say that he’s uninterested in random solicitations from strangers.
