I’ve never used this group, however, twice now in the last year and a half or so, I’ve received letters from them saying that my house is in foreclosure and set to be sold with EXACT DATES for the auction. Each time this has caused me to have severe panic attacks while I try to call my mortgage company to see what is going on, only to be told that there’s nothing wrong with my account and I’m on time with all my payments. This is an extremely sketchy/scammy way to get someone’s business.
July 2024 – Perez Conrique Law. I had the displeasure of a lawsuit & foreclosure facing me which had been satisfied over 15 years ago & brought to my attention via postcards & phone calls from various attorneys and real estate agents. To make a long story short I had paid in full a judgement 17 years ago and out of the blue a corrupt attorney in South Florida “name withheld” who, through research found that the judgement had never been officially satisfied and proceeded to reopen the case & sue me for 3X the original amount. This was soooo unfair however the attorney and original parties predicted that I did not have proof of payment, i.e a cxld check ‘prediction correct’ and they came after me for 3x the amount. Perez Conrique Law came to my rescue and through 9 months of back & forth Perez Conrique Law assisted & guided me to a reduced settlement which is now officially recorded as paid & closed. The entire situation should not have occurred however there are attorneys out there that use predatory means to collect monies from you even though you may have already settled the case. Lesson learned, save everything in cases like this as they can certainly reopen such cases and create great angst and anxiety as in my case. Thank you Perez Conrique Law for your patience & guidance.
I called 3-4 times to schedule a consultation. Each time I either spoke with the receptionists or left a voice message. The receptionists told me that they’ll speak with the attorney and get back to me. However, they never got back to me. If they don’t want to take my case, they should have told me so that I won’t waste time waiting on them. Not providing a straight answer to a prospective client is not professional.
