By far the worst attorney ever. He sent some guy I’ve never met come to my mediation LATE! The guy called me on the way to mediation asking me to recap my entire case in less than 5 min. Then when he arrived he was eating a sandwich out of his briefcase. Then told me the attorney bickered back and forth with him in mediation because I did not act like shark tank. This Derrick guy is a hot mess and his office staff is a hot mess! After taking over $1,500 he then said he had a family emergency and stopped representing me is what he wrote via email then to find out the motion states that we cannot come to terms. Let’s just say I pay the father of my kid child support and he claims my son every year on taxes. So much unfairness, Derrick doesn’t care about you and what’s worst I’ve been contacting about my file which by law he needs to give me file of what he’s worked on and he doesnt respond to any of my emails. I will never see my money again and he never worked my case he hustled me and he will hustle you
It was an easy, relatively fast, and seamless experience. Eda was very responsive and informative. She answered all of our questions. Mr. Morales gave us a fair and straightforward prenup; exactly what we asked for. Will definitely use in the future for other things.
