This guy is the worst attorney in miami dade county. He does not fight for you in court as an attorney should. He comes unprepared with no full knowledge of your case even though you give him everything possible to win. All his office cares about is money and they will double and triple charge you for the same thing. So keep all receipts intact. They will try to bill you for the same thing over and over. I lost everything because this attorney was completely incompetent. He does not listen to you as far as what you need him to do. you have to chase after him constantly to get something done. You will pay him and he will have your case sitting around for months even years. He has been reported to the board over and over again. Pay attention to your own case online or you will automatically lose because this attorney has too many things going on at once. My honest recommendation is find another attorney for whatever it is because Benjamin Jacobi is too incompetent.
