Disgusting Melissa DuBocq who is supposed to be representing me went to a vendor who serviced my home and I had to pay them out of my settlement due to them deciding to lump the vendor’s payment with mine and causing all types of hell and confusion for us. She told the vendor “she must be trying to get out of paying you the full amount.” Like really the vendor was shocked she would say anything like that too because all she was doing was checking on payment and too felt it was out of place for her to say such a thing. Long story short I will never have anyone from this firm represent me again as I have been asking attorney Reyes to contact me for months regarding her gross misconduct and he has failed to do so. Melissa continues to contact me for an outstanding payment despite me requesting she never contact me again due to her speaking negatively about me. The vendor has been paid in full and the devil was made a liar. Now she is sending me a debt collection letter about their payment. Melissa is clearly very delusional and I only want to deal with people who are respectful and she is not it. Take your services to another lawyer that is for you.
So glad I found their advertisement on Facebook and decided to call. I would’ve never been able to fix my house after hurricane Ian. Homeowners insurance told me tough luck.
