I’m an out of state investor whom was directed to Winged Foot Title and my $7k EMD was released incorrectly and to the wrong party without my authorization by Winged Foot Title. They have not returned my money after admitting that they made the error. Police report has been filed in Florida. This is 2 weeks after the mistake was discovered and I still don’t have my $7k and no idea when or if I will get it back. The owner has dodged my calls for over a week.
