I normally don’t do reviews, but I felt an obligation to do this one. My wife was served with a foreclosure notice on a property she owned with her ex-husband. She thought when she got divorced the quit claim deed and the terms of the divorce decree would be sufficient. When the bank decided to foreclose the property they came after her. We contacted Nicholas Randal, and not to be confused with another Nicholas Randal in Kissimmee, FL. I have to say that we, my wife and I were a bit skeptical, but not only Nicholas but also Mrs. Kathy Houston the attorney assigned to our case were amazing. Nicholas was always very responsive and kept us informed. Clearly communicated our choices and the plan. We were lucky and pleased to have found you and Mrs. Houston. They are professionals on what they do. Mortgage Lawyers is the real deal. Again, I am emphasizing this because I have to be honest I had doubts, but not because of Nicholas and Kathy, but because some reviews seemed weird. But I can assure you that I am real and we went through this and if it weren’t for Nicholas and Kathy we would very likely be in a lot of trouble. Ah, the price was very reasonable and without any surprises. I wish you Nicholas all the success and for you to keep helping families like mine to resolve this type of issues that can cause a lot of sleepless nights and stress.
