Through our legal counsel in FL, we are using USDeeds for a real estate trust/Veterns Administration qualification transaction in PA. The process of deed transfer/filing has taken over 6 weeks thus far, and is still not filed due to US Deeds filing errors (improper amount of check submitted in County Clerk’s office)! Unacceptable service and highly disappointed, particularly when we’re in need of selling a house, to capitalize on the current real estate market!
