information on estate planning
Mumbauer William R, an attorney based in Brandon, Florida, has garnered a mix of reviews highlighting both positive and negative experiences. While some clients praise him for his knowledge, competitive pricing, and professionalism, others express dissatisfaction with his communication style and perceived lack of empathy during sensitive situations. Overall, those who appreciate his services commend his expertise in estate planning, suggesting he can be a valuable resource for legal needs despite some criticisms.
Called Mr. Mumbauer to notify him of my mother‘s passing. He was retained by her to fill out legal documents, including Will, power of attorney, and other legal documents. He told me he would not be able to help me and he didn’t have copies of the legal documents. He offered no explanation and was cold. Please beware and avoid this poor excuse for a lawyer. I will be reporting him to The Florida Bar. Looking at previous reviews, this is not the first time he has treated his client’s family in this matter. Not one time during our conversation did he express sympathy or say sorry for your loss which is what a compassionate normal human being would offer.
I’ve had him for many years. Good prices and advice.
Clients call n is has been very short with them at times. He doesn’t explain to clients in the event if death besides contacting them what else they have to do. He also doesn’t explain what the client may have to do and not do if a will is contested. He is a money lawyer only n doesn’t make good time in answering questions n letting them know procedures and if something happens what they may or may not need to do. Because of this a client broke several laws including 1 beneficiary because a will was contested n he never informed the personal representative that until it went to court nothing of the estate could be given, used or anything done with the estate at all until a court date was made and a judge made a decision about the contest of the will. He just 3an5s his money n doesn’t take proper time to explain n make sure the client understands what to do or not to do.
