Terrible. I am Going through a nasty family legal matter as the heir to a large estate. Not only was the customer service rude but very insensitive to my situation. My simple inquiries that would make me confident in choosing apex as legal counsel and paying any fee amount was met with a snobby condescending response that “apex is not a charity an does not offer Pro Bono services, Good Luck with your legal search”… As a prospective client I expect my inquiries to the lawyer I want to hire to be greeted with a certain level of professionalism. Why would anybody hire you without an idea of how Knowledgeable and competent you are in the needed areas? You lost a potential long term client with many friends. Hopefully you treat other potential clients better in the future, Good Luck with that.
