Awful experience! Closing was 4/30, deed was just sent to county 8/19. I called them for months asking what the delay was and not a single person would return my calls! Finally someone said the county rejected the deed and no one saw it for over a month. It still took a month after that for them to finally send it to the county. After almost 4 months, they only have my husband’s name on the deed to our house, not mine yet I signed all the paperwork at closing as well. They didn’t even have the payment for the seller at closing. It took them 10 days to mail the check to the closers! How does someone sell a house and not get paid at closing??? They said it was the end of the month and they were too busy to send the wire of funds in time. I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional law firm in my life. I will be contacting someone else to see why my name is not on the deed. So glad I never have to do business with Parkway ever again!
He has been all of the above! My clients have closed several deals in this office. His staff is always friendly and willing to work out any issues that it has taken to get every transaction to the settlement. It has not ever been a settlement that had to be delayed. Dominic has also been a friend to preparing paperwork I personally needed when my mother was hit by a car last year. I was personally dealing with so much, that he took out of his personal time to drive the paperwork to my house because I had to be home with my mother. This man, This office and his Staff has been a true blessing to me personally, my clients and my Real Estate School that he has also dedicated his personal for.
