We chose Darren Gagliardi to sell our home and purchase a new home. From start to finish, his firm was incredible. The communication throughout the buy and sell was perfect. If we were running into any issues, Kim would immediately respond and have it handled. She went above and beyond to ensure the closings were both seamless and on time. Kim was also very compassionate and caring; she truly cares about the clients. She is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever met.

Recently was a participant in a transaction which involved a complex title situation. Darren and Claudia diligently worked through the situation to resolve the issues and allow all parties to confidently move forward. In addition Darren sat down with us and explained in detail what the issue was and what the final resolution was about.. in a manner that we could understand.
