Unfortunately, the Mancuso and associates did not represent my best interest. Seller also use the same legal team, and when it came down to representing me about a water issue that was faulty, represented by the seller instead of being behind me, and taking my best interest all they looked at was to get their cut and let it go so I was stuck with a high bill to replace a hot water heater

If you want your house to close properly, find someone other than Nicholas Mancuso to do it. I’m being tracked down by him 2 months after closing my house to pay this office back $2,000 because they prepared documents incorrectly. There are way too many other options to even risk working with him. Talk about a great surprise as the holidays approach to learn you need to come up with a $2k check unexpectedly and he says “we need to arrange to get this back immediately” as if it were my fault. Absolutely insane.
