We worked with attorney Jim Flaherty to create an estate plan. He asked great questions to understand our situation and did a great job explaining our plan in easy to follow manor. This Law Firm did an inadequate job of determining if they had a conflict when then took on my son-in-laws case. When they discovered, a couple of months out, that one of their close colleagues was the Managing Partner of his adversary – they had asked him to do all the leg work with respect to obtaining documents – they dropped him like a hot coal. They offered to send a demand letter without further support, and then sent a bill for $6000 dollars in addition to the original retainer.
