Never called me back

Unprofessional – We engaged them for a guardianship filing that eventually went through, but the firm made overall a very poor impression. The paperwork was sloppy, and we had to keep chasing them to give us updates. They made mistakes and then billed us for the extra time to refile. Then, when all was done, they made no effort to return the retainer. It’s now 5 months later and I’m still calling about that! Office staff is sometimes very nice, sometimes totally disinterested. Perhaps the lawyers are great, but that’s no way to run a business. Go elsewhere.
