If I could give Mr. Weseman no rating I would. I was assigned him through Legal Resources. It was to handle a simple step parent adoption. After 9 month Mr. Weseman sent us a letter stating he could no longer represent us because of “personal reasons.” However he waited until the day after all of the background checks expired and could no longer be used to send the letter. When he had been sitting on all the information for almost 6 weeks. If he really did have personal reasons (I think/believe it was he just didn’t want to do the work he agreed to do for the fee paid by the legal coverage company) and he had contacted us in a timely manner we could have found someone else to file the final paperwork and had this taken care of. I have filed complaints with the state and Legal Resources about him. DO NOT hire him!
