I’ve been calling to make payments for years now, Shandra was always very helpful and pleasant to speak to. The last couple of times I’ve called a new person would answer the phone. This new person is Shannon and she is the “office manager”. Shannon needs to have better customer service skills and low down her tone when she speaks to people. Very unpleasant to have to deal with an individual with that attitude.
He is very knowledgeable and experienced. Thank you for making this tough process easier.
I try to make payments but it’s hard to make payments when no one answers the phones. You can’t set up an auto payment either. They say they are willing to help with payment plans, but then essentially don’t care for the plan and don’t want to help you when it actually comes to taking the payments.
