Where most doctors fall short, she excels and gets to the root of the problems. I wish my primary physician cared as much as she does.
Zero stars!! Worse first appointment. Will no be returning due to Dr. Judy Torock yawning in the middle of an almost two hour appointment during which she diagnosed my teenager son with choking with brown rice just because he doesn’t like it. Insane! She will ignore you as a parent and not even ask you why you are bringing your kid eventhough your kid may not really know the answers to her multiple questions. It looks like she does not have any other patients and is her own front desk person. She managed to turn my kid against me and played a horrible role as medical provider. She made my son think that I was a bad mom for encouraging healthy eating and exercise. What a horrible person!! My son had weight questions and she didn’t examine or even weight him. Thanks to her dismissive interaction with me as my sons guardian my son now thinks something is really wrong with him. My goal for the appointment was to make sure his weight gain was not due to any underlying problem with his liver and test him as soon as possible like his pediatrician asked. My son is a minor and she should at least have allowed me to speak about his medical history because what does a teenager really know about constipation and other gastrointestinal symptoms?. She claims she is a specialist and a mom but it sure doesn’t look like she has good experience with either. Please find someone else to see you.
