Frank M. Pacheco, Esq. at the Law Offices of Frank Pacheco in Stockton, California, provides a range of legal services including bankruptcy, civil law, criminal justice, employment, and family law. While some clients have expressed concerns about the wait for consultations and the initial fees, many appreciate his expertise and dedication to addressing their legal needs. Overall, clients recognize the importance of finding the right legal representation and value the opportunity to discuss their cases with an experienced attorney.
The wait for a consultation is a little longer than it should be. It’s difficult finding the right Legal representation for your own personal needs. Free consultations should be given right away, so it will give client an idea if this attorney is a good fit or not.
Still need to talk to Frank
Kept asking why I haven’t done anything with the case, i.e. wondered why I didn’t file myself, why I didn’t look up the statutes and laws, why I didn’t research the acusations, etc. He wanted to be paid in full $20,000 up front and receive a percentage of any fees recoverd when and if I win the case and that sounds like double dipping. Also he received 2 calls while I was there about sueing former clients after they changed attorneys and their new attorney got them a settlement. I don’t know why they chose to change attorneys it could be he wasn’t doing his job. This is just my opinion but I really got the feeling that he was only interested in the $300 consultation fee.
