I wish I could give Susie 10 stars for the unbelievably kind handholding and super smart way she handled a very , very difficult escrow that involve land , a business and a tax liability that almost stopped escrow. I sobbed on the phone to her so many times I lost count. Everything was so unbelievably stressful in my life but Susie always had a friendly voice, and I trusted her completely . Susie during this Escrow went through something that was life-changing and awful for her. I couldn’t believe that during this horrible event, she answered her phone instantly !! what I found shocking is that through the entire process she ALWAYS …. answered the phone every single time !
