I think it’s long past time that she goes into full retirement. Don’t let the pleasant website fool you into thinking she’s someone who would fight for you or someone who actually cares. She was impatient, snappy and downright rude!! She asked for a few details about my situation – any time I would start to give details she would immediately cut me off with angry vitriol telling me that my evidence was “terrible” and to “just wait untill a lawsuit gets filed to contact her back” – um NOPE!! She was extremely irritated, rushed through the phone call and practically hung up on my face. This is not someone who likes people or has any patience whatsoever!! For the unpleasant 5 minutes I spoke with her she displayed way too many emotions – all of them were negative. It’s time to retire! You’re doing everyone a disservice with the hostile aggression and snappy demeanor.
