I appreciate the opportunity to share my unfortunate experience with Dolan Law Firm. I also appreciate the time the case manager, Mercedes, took to briefly listen to my concerns. I didn’t expect to receive services from Dolan Law Firm from the questions I was asked during the information (intake) gathering. I messaged them since their website was advertised on another website as a possible law firm for civil rights cases. I read their reviews and a lot of reviews seem to be accident (personal injury) cases. Possibly there’s a quota that needs to be fulfilled or the documentation that was requested that I emailed to the case manager was reviewed and or searched possibly for a statement regarding a accident and or personal injury, I am uncertain. I would have preferred to have received an email message regarding the type of case(s) the law firm is/was currently interested in taking.I realize not every person and or potential clients can be ‘pleased’. However, the few negative reviews listed for this law firm have concerning and possibly valid points that I think potential clients may (or may not) want to consider. I did not receive services from this company/law firm, so I would not recommend this company to a friend or colleague.
Jeremy Jessup took my case from BD& J who represented me for 2 yrs and came up with zero. Jeremy wrote a writ, took care of all my liens. Battled for me in mediation and actually got me paid something all with in 6 months. He also cash advanced me $10000 to help me get through my rough times. Dolan Law Firm is an outstanding personal injury law firm. Do urself a favor and call them.
While not able to speak on the legal aspect, from a community perspective my interactions with Dolan were exceptionally respectful, supportive and thorough. We had a question about the office and the area that was quickly responded to and resolved thanks to Daniel and the team.
Fast and prompt service
At this time, I am unsure if this firm is any different than the others that I have come across in my search. The intake person was very kind and helpful, however, I am fearful that they will not want to take on my case because it may seem like it will last a while, even though it seems like a winner overall. So, I am hoping that they will stand on the morals and justice of the case and not merely on the time and effort it will take to try my case. To me, this is the true test of a law firms worth is if they are willing to fight for what’s right and principle and not always about which case may pay out the most or be over with the quickest so that they can turn a profit and move forward. I have also been waiting for weeks to hear back regarding my case. This seems to be a long time, however this may be due to the complexity and them really taking the time to investigate and consider the matter. So, this could be a great sign that they are not just making quick and hasty decisions regarding my case, which is a good thing. Overall, I may consider recommending them, but I also want to see what the future holds before I indicate that they are any different than the others.
