To Preface I used Josiah’s services for a business dispute/ possible business fraud matter. Do not recommend if you are needing litigation against another party (outside the realms of family and divorce court). Extremely delayed service & was not treated well after paying for my retainer. If you need timely correspondence and open communication regarding your case i suggest saving your money and going with a different lawyer. I first paid for a demand letter to be sent that was not actually sent for 6 months. I then had to advocate for a partial refund on my retainer after a year of slow movement when it had been made known statutes of limitations was a serious factor in my potential case. I had to email multiple times every single time and call his office for a response To any email sent. It was very stressful for me that Josiah and his team did not do all they could with their knowledge to move paperwork and advocate on my behalf. This office needs a more qualified paralegal outside of Lois to work alongside Josiah. I found her to be complacent and rude. Beyond being unhappy with how my contract was upheld or lack thereof, I was sued by the party I had hired Josiah to correspond with a month after requesting our contract be nullified. Everything happens for a reason, but hiring Josiah greatly delayed and damaged any momentum I could have had with pursuing Justice.
