I was referred to Mr. Moore at the Sacramento Legal Clinic because there was a notification that Mr. Mission had passed away and M. Moore was now handling his open divorce cases. I went to see Mr. Moore and he found my file and said it’s pretty much completed. He told me he’d get back to me in a couple of weeks and that has been over 6 months ago. I’ve tried contacting him through his cell phone (business #) numerous and haven’t received any calls or messages back. So I finally texted him and still have not heard back. Repeated my text and sent it to him again just recently and still no response. I don’t know if the man is sick or has other issues going on that prevents him from answering his phone or contacting me or other customers. I know he’s in his office because I heard his dog barking but he never answered the door. I would just like to the courtesy of a phone call back and my case completed. It has taken longer than the required 6 months.
