I hired Gostanian law group (now The Estate Lawyers), to assist with executing a trust Amy had written. They made many mistakes including putting the wrong email on documents after I had already corrected them once, charging me for making the correction plus for the correspondence regarding the mistake, emailing a complete stranger of the same first name instead of me, failing to provide me with documents or updates when appropriate, Amy was a no show for a zoom call she scheduled, she and her assistant asked me questions that I had already asked them so it was obvious they weren’t paying attention to the content of the emails that were being sent or received (for example, when I told them I didn’t know who one of the beneficiaries on the trust was, the assistant told me it was a friend (duh) and then I was asked by Amy if I knew who the person was after I had already stated that I didn’t). I was charged for all these useless emails. They credited back some money after I threatened to terminate services but in the end they took my entire retainer and told me I was upside down after some correspondence they allegedly made to someone in another country but I never got a final breakdown of all the services. Worst part is all of the money and the house in the trust had already been stolen by the caretaker and Gostanian law wanted another $20k to pursue the case after they had already lost my trust. They made a bad situation so much worse with their incompetency and carelessness.
