Shawn’s Sectretary reached out to me and asked if I needed help with a filing. I told her yes and she connected me with Shawn. Shawn was alot of help he explained everything very throughly and also called me back when I called with questions. Shawn is very Knowledgeable about real estate and he knows the law and didn’t try to sell me i like that…i felt I should pay him for all him time and info but with my situation I was low on funds and he was very very understanding
Basically, stole my retainer and lied about his being a construction attorney. Ruined my case and kept my money for his personal use because he refused to give any statement of banking or anything. He finally admitted he was not qualified but lied and took the case anyway. I really hope the Cal Bar rips into his egregious aggressive behavior. He brags about how he is an attorney and is above the law. Then you can’t believe the slanderous unprofessional statement I have in my texts. If anyone needs a therapist…. I had to block him it was so childish. Revels in the joy he gets trying to ruin my case for his attorney buddies. And he couldn’t care less. Because he’s an “attorney” He loves that I now have to sue him!!!!
Mr. Olson is extremely knowledgeable and explained the entire probate process to our family, which was something that was very difficult to understand. Thank you Mr. Olson and your staff for making this process a smooth as could be under the circumstances.
