Unfortunately, the worst law firm I have had experience with. They are non-responsive and arrogant, showing no concern for the client. Save yourself time, money, and grief by going somewhere else.
Unprofessional woman on phone. Rudely talked to me like I was 5 years old unnecessarily. Pretty sure I’m decades older as I’m an aging older adult- and a professional. That kind of candor reeks of incompetence. I stated reason for call, answered her firing squad interrogative questions to be told someone would call me. When it was my turn to speak as a normal conversation would go, I attempted to ask a question. I was cut off at the first sound. I attempted again; cut off again second time like she was a teacher talking to a kindergartener who was speaking out of turn. Will someone in the office please read these reviews of the same inappropriate treatment (likely of the same woman) and get rid of her. How proud can you be of that type of handling? No one for any reason for any kind of communication should think that is appropriate or ‘ok’. No one ever returned my call.
