Chad is a great guy that worked with me and got me zero jail time. I had to follow his advice and trust him. In the end it all worked out! Thanks for your help Chad! You’re the best.
The worst place to seek for representation when for a DUI. Just want to alert other people that might get fooled by the 5 star review thats probably been done by friends of the attorney but let me just tell you it was the worst experience i had after going through a DUI. First, you have a chance to tell to Chad Maddox himself when you initially sit down with him to go over what happened and he tells you the price which he seems really good at on closing in on the deal. After that, you really wont get a chance to see him or talk to him unless you appear on court and at times, there was incidents where he wasn’t really sure about what is going on with the case. He will surely postpone you case to the maximium he can. During the process, when you have a question or want to check up on your case, the only person that you could get a hold of is his front desk lady that will try to explain everything she can and help you with rudeness but you’ll get a lot of i won’t be able to answer that question. At the end, he will tell you to settle or go to trial very bluntly but will use all his knowledge and tactics on you instead of the case which he was supposely paid to do.
In October of 2013, I was pulled over by the OC Sheriff’s Department while I was coming home to Newport Beach on the 55 freeway. Prior to pulling over to the side of the freeway, I did not think my encounter would lead to an arrest because I only had a couple of drinks and was driving safely on a clear freeway–I was very mistaken. The officers immediately presumed I was drinking earlier and within minutes I was instructed to get out of my vehicle and perform a sobriety test. After the sobriety test and a couple additional questions from the officers, I found myself blowing into a breathalyzer and realizing I was in trouble when my BAC was read at .08. Within 20 minutes of being pulled over, I was sitting handcuffed in the back of a police vehicle for the first time in my life wondering how I could be so foolish.
