I have MS and stress is terrible. Mr Underwood hit me right before deposition with him changing our contingency agreement to 50% of any settlement, never gave me a copy and never had any discussion about the change. During deposition I had a camera and a back drop behind me. I have the right to not be put in this uncomfortable situation but Mr Underwood never told me I have that right I found out by Googling it later on! The deposition was a disaster later during break Mr Underwood told me being my lawyer was a mistake! Unreal experience I would not recommend his services. Don Mangione!
